Cancellation and Return Policy – Femina Thangam & Velli Maaligai

1. Order Cancellation

• Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.
• Cancellations for orders that have been processed, shipped, or customized are not allowed.
• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

2. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days from delivery for products in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
• Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection and verification of the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

4. Damaged/Defective Items

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if items are damaged or defective.
• Provide photographs for verification.
• Defective items will be replaced or fully refunded if replacement is not possible.
